This is called a floating card. You use a quarter sheet of acetate to create it.
I used the Dainty Diamonds folder to dry emboss the white card stock and the Hydrangea Hill Suite supplies.
I have also included a short video to show the sparkle I was able to create using the Wink of Stella glitter pen.
