You’ve heard this saying...right? Well, now I have a card that illustrates this phrase! I used the Playful Pets Designer Series Paper and Under My Umbrella Bundle that includes a stamp set and punch.
I cut two pieces of the DSP at 2 3/4 inches and stamped the raindrops around the cats and dogs in Smokey Slate. Then I cut a thin strip of paper 1/2 wide to hide where the 2 pieces of DSP meet.
I used the Ornate Frames thinlets for the Smokey Slate card and Layered Square dies for the Real Red card. Both sentiments are from the Under My Umbrella stamp set
The red hearts are from the Spring catalog and the sequins are in the annual catalog. I used a white gel pen to add the polka dots on the umbrella and boots
