Blended and Splattered Background

 I created this fun background by using the blending brushes to blend Pale Papaya and Flirty Flamingo on Basic White card stock. Then I pressed some ink in the lid of the Flirty Flamingo pad and used a wet water painter to pick the color up and splatter it on the card stock. Lastly, I spritzed a mixture of Frost White Shimmer paint and alcohol on the card stock to make it sparkle. 

For my tie dyed ribbon, I used two dark Blends, Flirty Flamingo and Pale Papaya. I colored the white seam binding ribbon with the dark Pale Papaya, then went back in and added sections of dark Flirty Flamingo.
