This card uses the fancy fold known as a book binding fold.
You score the front left side of an A2 card 1and1/4 inches from the fold. Then you glue the front and back panel pieces together so that the card has a “spine”. I used the decorative envelope flap to decorate the spine. It is layered on a Real Red sheet of retired DSP.
I stamped the “All Star” image in Real Red and Pacific Point to create a background. I used my Stamparatus to ink the “You’re the Best” image in the same two colors for the focal point.
Then I cut the focal piece out with a die from Taylor Made Tags and used a retired punch and Real Red Stampin' Write marker to create the mini baseballs to embellish the card.
I also tried to create a distressed look on the image to coordinate with the DSP.
