Tie-die Blooms

Have you seen the new tie-dye stamp in the catalog?  It is really cool so I decided to try to create a tie-dye look using our Stampin' Blends and an image from the Color and Contour bundle.

I began by stamping images from the Color and Contour images in black Memento ink. I colored them with Real Red, Misty Moonlight, and Balmy Blue Stampin' Blends. Then I used the coordinating dies to cut them out. 

I used Misty Moonlight card stock and the Bark embossing folder to create texture on the front panel. I also sponged white craft ink on the panel to give it a whitewashed look. 

I used a die cut out from the Scalloped Contour dies with Read Red ink and a sentiment from Flowers of Friendship stamp set to finish off the card.
